Registration Conditions:
- The completion of the registration form does not guarantee a reservation. Upon receipt, the museum will check the availability of the requested date and confirm availability. After confirmation and based on availability, the person responsible will be informed, and a provisional reservation will be made without commitment. The reservation will only become effective after payment. Until payment is made, the dates are not guaranteed or reserved, but only a provisional reservation is made without commitment.
- If there is more than one provisional reservation for the same date, priority is given based on the order of registration, and the first party has 48 hours to make the reservation by payment to secure the desired date. After the 48 hours, the second provisional reservation will be given the same 48 hours to finalize the reservation. This process continues for any further provisional reservations.
- By making the reservation through payment, you accept all the conditions of registration, cancellation, admission, and the operation of birthday parties at the museum.
